I would like to extend warm wishes and sincere congratulations upon the occasion of Iglesia ni Cristo’s 36th anniversary in Edmonton and the 105th anniversary of the church’s establishment in the Philippines.

Edmonton embraces the rich spirit of multiculturalism and diversity. Faith communities have been instrumental in strengthening our city by honouring the right of all people to practise their faith and by encouraging respect regardless of religious denominations.

On behalf of all Edmontonians, I commend you for your efforts to serve and reach out to your community. Your recent Aid to Humanity program not only helped our city but other cities across Canada as well. Please take pride in knowing that your efforts have made a difference in the lives of many people.
